Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. It is your duty to return the item in the same condition it was received. 

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in complete original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@dreamscape.gallery. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

 

Every return not only puts a strain on our environment, but also means additional work for everyone. In order to make everyone’s life easier, we ask you to be sure you are confident in what you want before placing your order. We make every effort to display and describe our products in as much detail as possible so you know exactly what you’re getting. Please read every product description carefully.

General Information

Orders take between 2-3 business days to be prepared for shipment. Orders are not being sent out from printed stock, so it does take us a couple of days extra to get everything ready.

All shipments are sent express delivery and should arrive within 2-3 days after they have been dispatched. Estimated delivery dates are on a best-endeavours basis.

Dreamscape Gallery currently ships to the EU, EEA, UK, Canada & USA. If you would like to order to a country outside of these areas please contact meow@dreamscape.gallery to see if special arrangements can be made.

Handling

All artworks handled with care throughout the entire production process. To prepare for shipping they are covered with recyclable tissue paper, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds. Then they are placed into a robust 100% sustainably sourced recyclable cardboard envelope or tube. All framed art prints are shipped “ready to hang.”

Uncollected Packages

Typically, shipments remain with your postal agent for 14 days. You can check the relevant duration for you online. Any unclaimed shipments are returned to the sender, and the goods come back to us. We reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling fees, and administrative costs for unredeemed packages. If you’ve opted for home delivery, ensure your availability for the chosen courier to deliver your package.
