Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), implemented in 2018, is a comprehensive data privacy law in the European Union (EU) designed to protect the personal data of EU citizens. It establishes strict rules for the collection, processing, and storage of personal data by businesses and organizations, regardless of their location. GDPR grants individuals greater control over their personal information, requiring clear consent for data collection, providing rights to access and erase data, and mandating notification of data breaches.
